Non-credit instructional delivery

Auburn offers almost 500 non-credit instructional programs a year across Alabama, providing professional development and workforce training opportunities for skills improvement and job enhancement.

Technical networks, regional alliances and outreach providers

Auburn’s technical networks and units provide expert consultation and specialized services to business, industry, schools, healthcare providers, local government, and agriculture across the state.

Research Facilities and Extension offices

Auburn maintains two campuses and more than 100 offices and specialized research and extension facilities statewide.

Auburn’s family presence extends across Alabama, with more than 112,000 alumni and an average of 15,000 students living in the state.

Auburn’s community presence and engagement contributes greatly to the quality of life in Alabama.  In all the Auburn University system and its alumni contribute $5.1 billion to the economy of the state, more than an 8 to 1 return relative to the university’s annual state appropriation.
